KorWeb Pricing Structure Update - No Charge Through 2012:
As you may know, a decision was made by Texas811 to discontinue subsidizing KorWeb as a free member service to Texas users on March 1 of this year. KorTerra was surprised by this sudden change in direction, as were our users. We know that many of you are concerned about the continued availability of the KorWeb service going forward and we want to address your concerns.
Pricing:
Based on this information, KorTerra has decided to pay for all Texas members to continue their use of KorWeb through the rest of 2012. We hope this will give your organization enough time to evaluate your damage prevention efforts, and determine if continuing the use of KorWeb Ticket Management services is the most effective and safe way to protect your underground facilities.
Service:
There will be absolutely no service interruptions now, in March, or at the end of the year. The decision to no longer provide KorWeb as a member service was made by Texas811, and is in no way a reflection of KorTerra's commitment to providing you the very best ticket management solutions to fit your needs.
